PU Signals are signals inside stations that can be the end of the station entry path and/or the beginning of the station exit path. In addition, they have a shunting signal integrated in the signal head. The neutral (resting) state of the signal is “Passing Prohibited” (Danish: forbikørsel forbudt), two white lights horizontally next to each other. If a path is set to end at the signal it may change to the Stop aspect (red light), but not always. If a path behind the signal needs protection, the signal changes to a Stop aspect.
All permissive aspects are repeated identically on PU Signals. Thus, it is not possible to get anything but shunting movements between PU Signals.
